招聘简章

现因公司业务发展需要，诚聘以下人员：

1. 招聘岗位/Position：生产工程师/Production Engineer

2. 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

3. Be responsible for the planning of ISO and GJB system in Production.

4. Develop and own the “Best in Class” roadmap for production, ensuring that lean thinking and methodology is robust and sustainable.

5. Drive the follow up and implementation of the Jotun Operations System to ensure a high standard of Jotun reference site in production.

6. Lead and drive to implement improvement projects and MOC in production.

7. Lead and be proactive to use lean tools, including process mapping, fish bone, 5why, spaghetti diagram and SMED, etc.

8. Be responsible for the planning, implementation and following up of production training system including annual training, new employee training, mentor system, job rotation training, skill matrix and first line management skills training by cooperating with HR.

9. Be responsible for the update and follow up of key points of production.

10. Organize monthly production meeting and maintenance meeting, collect feedbacks from maintenance and follow up all meeting actions.

11. Be proactive to utilize rolled out tools, like office 365 and other.

12. Other tasks assigned by manager.

    岗位要求/Qualification：

    Fresh graduates with Master Degree;

    Chemical or Relevant Major is preferable;

    Good at English both verbal and written English;

    Good command of MS office;

    Excellent communication Skill; work with initiative & Responsibility, quick leaner.

    工作时间/Working Time：

    每周一至周五 8：00-16：30，双休
